Validity of Rates:
Prices are valid until 31st December 2008.
Currency:
All rates are quoted in US dollar.
Children's Rates:
Rates for children below 12 years of age are 25% off adult rates. This is based on sharing a room with accompanying adults and using existing bedding. Cost for additional bedding are available on request with extra cost. This discount is not applicable to promotional package. If there is a promotional package and you have a child traveller, please check with us.
Travel Insurance:
It is important that you take up your own Travel Insurance. It is ESSENTIAL that your insurance covers you for involuntary cancellation of your holiday including airfare(s) beside accidents.
Inclusions and exclusions in our package:
Please read our package itinerary carefully on what are included and not included in the tour package purchase to avoid misunderstanding.
Deposits:
A deposit of 50% of the overall tour cost is required within 7 days of confirmation of booking. Any booking not deposited with us by this time will automatically cancel without notification to you.
Bookings made less than 45 days prior to travel:
Bookings made within or less than 45 days of travel is subject to full payment upon confirmation of booking.
Final Payment:
Final payment is due 45 days prior to travel date. No vouchers or receipts will be issued until final payment is received by our office.
Mode of Payments:
Direct deposit or telegraphic transfer. Contact us for bank details.
Standard Cancellation Policy:
1. Deposited bookings cancelled 25 or more days prior to travel - Deposit is refundable after deduction of any
fees levied by suppliers.
2. Fully paid bookings cancelled 25 days or more prior to travel - Amount is refundable after deduction of any
fees levied by suppliers.
3. All bookings cancelled inside 25 days prior to travel - Amount equivalent to 50% deposit will be forfeited.
4. Bookings cancelled within 7 days of travel - No refund.
5. Cancellations must be in writing.
Amendment Fees:
If you change your itinerary after full payment and final documents are issued, an administration fee of US dollar 25.00 will be charged.
Responsibility:
Red Ape Encounters & Adventures Sdn. Bhd. assumes no responsibility or liability (shall not be responsible or liable for) for injury, death, damage, loss, accident, delay or change in air or other services howsoever caused, irregularity, inconvenience or additional expenses which may be occasioned directly or indirectly by either reason or defect of any vehicle, act of war, insurrection, revolt, government restrictions and regulations, or other civil uprisings or disturbances, military action, quarantines, strikes, weather, sickness, wars, theft, pilferage, force majeur, wild animals, failure of any means of conveyance to arrive or depart as scheduled, overbooking, travel advisories, discrepancies or changes in transit , hotel and other services over which it has no control, or any act of God occurring in either the country of origin, destination or through passage, or for any reason whatsoever, or through the acts or default of any company or the persons engaged in conveying the passengers or in carrying out the arrangements of the tours. All such losses or additional expenses will be the sole responsibility of the member of the tour as the rates are provided are for the arrangements only at the time stated.
Red Ape Encounters & Adventures Sdn. Bhd. may not be held responsible for any loss or damage to luggage, before, during, or after the tour program. Red Ape Encounters & Adventures Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to accept or decline any individual from participating on any of our tour programs for any reason. Red Ape Encounters & Adventures Sdn. Bhd. will not discriminate against any individual because of race, religion, sex, sexual preference, or nationality.
